1. Monthly Subscriptions

Refunds are only available if none of the credits have been used. If you have used any credits during the subscription period, no refund will be provided.

2. Unused Portions

If you cancel within your billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the cycle. No refunds will be provided for any unused credits during the subscription period.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. No Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods or for any add-ons or extras purchased with your subscription.
